This was one of the busiest parks we visited this trip, lots of cars in the parking lot and people milling about. There was a lowered tent, so they may have even had an event earlier in the day?
And found Kitch-iti-kipi! This was one of the recommendations we received, and it was beautiful!
We did our usual tour of the amenities, including walking around the little shop!
Avia, Alice, and Juliet all stayed to shop, while the rest of us ventured across the bridge.
Very reflective, and super clear!
Sadly, we missed the barge by minutes, and just didn't have 2 hours to spend. = ( :This park is not off the beaten path at all though, so should we do another UP tour, we could totally come back for the barge!
We liked this park, it was very commercialized compared to many of the state parks, but I can see why so many people recommended it! We would absolutely go back!
