With our ice cream in hand, we walked a couple of blocks over to a bonus State Harbor, that was not on my state park map!!!!
There were several hotels and motels that we passed into and out of town, some of them on the beach front! We found a playground, but it was part of the local park system, versus the State Park system, I'm pretty sure.
The pathway to get to the lighthouse was quite long, and we opted to continue on our state park circuit, instead of making the trip out to the end of the pier.
As we were leaving, my mom rang the bell for my Grandpa, then Grace rung it for Zoey's mom, then Juliet rang it for Zoey's dad!
It was truly a charming town, one I'd love to return to as a quick family vacation spot!
William had to help me get lower and lower, to line up for the butterfly photo op.
He did a good job, and I like the final product!
He opted for a swing picture, over a butterfly.
