At the end of marching season, the Junior High band also has a concert to showcase their contribution to the overall program. There was a dress code, and while my skinny William fit into his size 10 pants, they were short! Thankfully we had some boots to cover the exposed leg, but I have since purchased him some better fitting pants.
I arrived at William's call time, then waited for the doors to open and claimed a spot for Billy and the girls.
After the concert, Billy took the girls, sans Emily, home. While I waited for William, Emily went off socializing with her school friends. It was a short and sweet concert, and it left me impressed with how contiguous the band education is in their district.
